I obtained a signed lease to erect a billboard. I intend to flip the lease, but there are two hurdles:
Most billboard fabricators will not hand over the engineer drawings that we need to apply for the construction permit unless we sign an “acceptance of proposal” contract. What happens if we flip the permit & lease after signing this?
My city requires a permit bond from the contractor I hire to erect the billboard, then they issue the permit to the contractor. Again, how should I go about flipping the permit & lease when the permit is issued to the contractor?
