Hello Everyone,
I have a quick question with regards to an old wood billboard along a major highway. The billboard is in fairly good condition and should remain up for some years to come, but it is a painted billboard. Is there anything special I need to do to switch it to a vinyl billboard? Or is this a rediculous question and all you do is just wrap the thing in vinyl?
