I begin with a kudos to you and your staff for putting together such a wonderful resource and for shedding some light on the all too shrouded and secretive outdoor industry. My only regret having just discovered your site is that I’ve missed the April Billboard Bootcamp. Alas, no time like the present.
Frank, I have the opportunity to lease/purchase (TBD) a 30 x 70 backlit positioned in a marquee location of the city. I’ve had an exploratory conversation with the owner and he’s open to further discussion. I do not want to reapproach until a proper price has been formulated. At that I have two questions.
- Does your Ground Rent Analysis Service extend to Canada, specifically Toronto.
- Are you available for private consultation. I do not want to jeopardize losing this opportunity by sitting on it another day.
