I’m in PA, and would like to install a billboard on my property. I would use it both for my business and to generate revenue from it. Can I hire an independent consultant to advise on this? I need someone who can explain the steps and can help me determine how to arrive at some ROI data, etc. The municipality allows a billboard as long as its in a commercial district and at least 1000’ from any other billboard - check, and check. A very large digital one would seem to be the best, but may not get the ROI? I hope there is a consultant to help on this opportunity - or is there a better way? Books, white papers, case studies etc?
