i live in Pennsylvania. i would like to build a poster (possibly junior for the first) on a trailer, i feel it will be easier to negotiate a piece of property for it to sit on. would i need to get a permit to modify the trailer itself? and do i need a permit for setting it on private property, through lease?
um yeah, you most definitely need a permit to display off premise advertising. you need to find an area that is zoned properly to allow for such a thing and make sure you’re spaced far enough apart from the next closest “off premise” sign. these days…that’s very very hard to find.
