Frank,
I am the owner of a two story building which is located at the intersection of two major highways in northern Colorado. The visibility from the highways is good. However, I do not own the property on the side of my building and therefore any billboard or signboard would probably need to be mounted or painted on the side of the building itself.
Can you provide any guidance or advise for pursuing a plan for marketing this space to a client for advertising.
