This is my second post and as mentioned in my 1st post I am almost ready to erect my first BB structure. Obviously the natural answer for this question is to go see a lawyer; however, I was able to save about $500 doing the work myself for the Deed of Trust, title search etc when I purchased my BB investment property so I thought I would try concerning this matter as well.
Could someone tell me if there is an example contract in the book that is mentioned for sale on this site? Or would someone be willing to mail or email me a copy of their contract they use as the billboard owner for the clients?
I do not need a lease contract example between the billboard owner and property owner but I’d like an example that I could write up as the billboard owner to clients who call to rent my billboard space.
