In this case, I’d start out by contacting the billboard companies in your market, and see if the location is legal and if they have an interest. That’s the fastest – and cheapest – way to find out if it meets the laws. Since billboard locations are restricted to certain spacings and zonings, it will be very complicated for you to figure it out quickly, but they will know in 5 seconds.
