When you send an offer to a land owner, what do you think about including something like “The offer has been made to several properties near you and can be only awarded to one off you” or something in that regard? Maybe not exact same wording, but something that would let land owners know that the clock is ticking and the deal my be lost if they don’t act quick enough.
I understand that this may turn off some of the land owners, but I am wondering if you have considered this or maybe even tested it.
