Market Research - Vacancy Rates

Hi All,

I’m currently in the process of starting a digital billboard company. While I go through the licensing and permitting process I am building a business plan to present to investors in the coming weeks.

During my market research, I have not found numbers on industry average vacancy rates for digital billboards. Do these numbers exist? Could you recommend a source for credible industry reports?

You might try contacting the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) and see if they have any. I’ve never seen such a report.

Thanks Frank, I’ll see if I can purchase their annual industry report. Seems like they have a good amount of data.
