Multiple location ground lease from same land owner

Question about multiple location ground lease from same land owner;

Frank or anyone competent to answer this question,

If I am dealing with land owner that has multiple location that I could build the billboards on, is it better to have separate ground leases for each location or can I combine let’s say 3 locations into one ground lease (and what are the pros and cons) with one ground lease monthly price?
