Hello Frank:
Have you ever had any success with a municipal authority by deed restricting a property to having fewer signs and yet each installed sign having a larger billboard face?
Example: I have a property which will allow three individual signs 1000 ft apart. The billboard face size is limited to 250 sf. I would like to limit the number of sign locations to one large bulletin (14x48). Any thoughts? DEC 90
