Negotiator for Landlord In Dealing With Billboard Company

I am an owner of a land with a billboard on it and would like to find a negotiator to negotiate a new lease with the billboard owner (company). If you have a good person or company in mind, will you please let me know?

I tried the firm below but they seem to be have gone out of business. I paid them 475 USD to get a property valuation report and never received it after multiple requests. They seemed promising initially but, in the end, never performed.
