Does anyone know anything about a company called Landmark Dividend? According to internet searchs they are in the business of buying easements. Also does your sign company that pays you rent sometimes buy your easement? With the move to REIT based business I am wondering what will be happening. Thanks for any input. As you may conclude from this question I am not very well versed in this business but will need to educate myself.
