i’m currently compiling a business plan for a media owner (billboard)company and my target market is media buyer companies (beverage,liquor,food etc)but i’d also like to target marketing companies and branding companies so that they would use us on behalf of theire clients marketing campaigns, is this viable and advisable

The key to outdoor sales is volume. Include any and everybody that is even mildly rational. You can’t hit too many people in order to sell outdoor space.
