This is not a solicitation, but a public service regarding a business opportunity resulting from the following determination provided to a property owner and resident. A representative of the South End Landmark District Commission has advised as follows:
“The installation at property at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue (sic 630-632) and
Washington Street is at a side façade. The SELDC does not have review
authority over side and rear facades unless they directly face public
ways or permanent public open space, which is not the case in this
instance. As such, the SELDC has no purview over this particular
installation.”
