I have nice property on busy highway in Upstate NY
Always wanted to put billboard on it .
Now with LED boards on the market I’m not interested a lot in old school , IF I can find partner/investor.
Talked to town , seams no limits from them.

I don’t get what’s your purpose is for but if you are looking to sell that place then street advertising is best way to get property buyers.
