First Meeting

When meeting the Land Owner for the first time, should I have my lease in hand. Or talk about what is needed in the lease and have a second meeting to sign A Lease.?

Should my lease say that its all contingent on me receiving my permits and licensing ? or do I sign the Lease after all that is finalized? and if that is the case How do I know if the land owner won’t back out on me while going the licensing and permit time frame? How do I make myself safe in a situation like this?

Exactly what are you trying to lease? Is it a building, a vacant land, an office, or a warehouse?

I like his questions, let’s assume we are renting land to install a billboard on.
