Going rates of billboards

Hello all.

My company is in the process of expanding its marketing segment, and we are looking at buying existing billboards as well as building new.

However, when it comes to buying the billboards, we are unsure what the going market prices are per size/location etc…

How would we go about finding that information?

Billboards normally trade in a range of 10% to 20% cap rates. You will have great difficulty in finding comps, as there are few transactions and the pricing is seldom revealed.
