Does anybody have an idea of the amount of billboards or what percentage of billboards in the US are not illuminated due to no access to grid electricity?

Not very many. I’ve only had one sign out of 300+ with this issue. However, my signs were in heavily urban areas, for the most part. People who build billboards in rural areas – like parts of the southwest – might have this problem all the time.
