I am in talks with the capital city of an east african country regarding LED Billboards. Currently the way the deal is being structured is one group would have all LED Billboards in the city moving forward. From infrastructure to designing the advertising elements, every aspect would go through a single organization. My company has a background in digital design elements and we would be able to handle sales and digital collateral design. What I am in need of is a party or business group with access to the infrastructure who would want to partner with me in this venture. Any suggestions on how to go about this?
