There is one digital and one static sign on major interstate. In general what would be a good % increase since last negotiation 10 years ago. We had one increase at 5 years in that lease. Also this is an easement situation two parcels one sign on each. One easement is in perpetuity and one has an. expiration. In general whether selling or leasing I would assume that the value of the easement that is in perpetuity is greater right? Should that be factored into the lease.? Any tips…thanks.
