My name is John. I am located in NE FL.
I currently own ~12 acres of land zoned C-1 with 1100 feet of frontage on a 4 lane state road (SR207) with a AADT of 18,200 per FDOT from 2022. Property is located between a popular beach town (St Augustine) and a smaller town (Palatka).
I am personally considering a simple double sided wood construction 16 ft tall by 32 ft wide sign but am open to better ideas since I have no experience in this space.
My question is does this seem like a good opportunity for a billboard or two possibly?
Is this enough information to make a good decision? Are there other items of concern I should consider before jumping into the outdoor advertising space?
