Hi,
I am planning to invest in outdoor advertising in Northern virginia. I have a advertising company in India and would like to make some investment in new billboard/bus shelter location. I want to start with little investment to start with to see how the market is. Please let me know if anyone in interested in being a partner and help with the investment or let me know how can I find someone who can help.
