I am looking to purchase an abandoned premise sign and resell the advertising space after getting a variance from the city. Is it better to buy the billboard or just rent the space and release it?
Also, I would like to hear your thoughts/feedback on my proposal to the land owner as shown below. I have used elements from the initial letter in the book.
