Hi my name is rich King, my company provides property reports, title exams and abstract reports in the real estate industry. Last year we started taking on new business. Some of which is to provide reports to companies such as cell tower, wind turbine and some utility companies. My question is is there potential in the billboard industry seeing that they to require ground leases on private property? Also some of the tower companies also require a closing and title insurance. Does the billboard industry require this as well.

It’s not a standard industry practice, but there may be demand out there, I don’t know. You might call CBS, Clear Channel and Lamar – which are the three largest players (all publicly held) and ask them.
