-Competitors charge $800 to $900 per side per 4-week period for similar billboards near the 12’x24’ billboard location. This is a 15-year lease that pays the greater of 20% of gross revenue or $308.33 to the landowner each month. This billboard is non-illuminated.
-Competitors charge $1750 to $2200 per side per 4-week period for similar billboards near the 14’x48’ billboard location. This is a 15-year lease that makes one annual payment of $11,000 to the landowner each year. This billboard has lights.
