Newbie here, I saw this map and wonder if this kind of tool of assessing/ measuring sites is online somewhere? Can anyone help?
That looks like a typical GIS map that municipalities have available online. Not all cities and counties have them, though. You can usually find them by searching Google for this “your_city GIS map” ie. “Dallas County GIS maps”. Hope this helps.

It would be great if you provide us a deep insight on this. As my friend @rayroman mentioned it surely looks like a GIS map that municipalities have available online. But to be very specific, you can try Google Earth to get a clearer view.
