When is a rural road to rural?

Hello,

I recently was contacted by a land owner interested in making an agreement on a site for lease. It will be my first sign and I want to keep it pretty small to get my feet wet. The state HWY data shows the traffic count @ 4000. I am only looking to build a roughly 12X6 sign.

Will this be worth my time @ all?

I’m a little excited due to the fact I only sent out two letters and got calls back on both of them. I know this is probably a fluke.

4,000 is not a bad count for a 6’ x 12’. That being said, you need to do some due diligence and see what the other, similar signs are renting for and what percentage of them are vacant.
